Early Harvest Oil, November 2008	Aroma typical of koroneiki olives with woody and earthy notes. It is rustic and fruity with a nice pepper finish, but smooth on the palate. Great as a finishing oil, for bread dipping, drizzling over salads, vegetables, meats or your favorite dish.
Early Harvest Oil, November 2009	Aroma is reflective of mostly green fruit with distinct grassiness along with the ripe olive note of apples. Flavor is sweet, slightly nutty and is balanced with a nice pepper finish. This is an excellent finishing oil and great for bread dipping and drizzling over salads and vegetables. It compliments strongly flavored ingredients such as onion, garlic and citrus.
Late Harvest Oil, December 2009	This oil has a complex aroma that is primarily floral with some nutty notes and hints of apple, wood and butter. It is smooth and balanced on palate with a subtle pepper finish. It's a great finishing oil and compliments a wide variety of foods. Wonderful for bread dipping, marinades, drizzling over salads, steamed vegetables, pasta, potatoes, fish, chicken and pork.

Greek Balsamic & Garlic Dressing	Ingredients: Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh garlic, wild Greek oregano. NO SALT. Great on salads, vegetables, steak, pork, chicken, stir fry, bruschetta, garlic bread, pasta, tomatoes & mozzarella, potato salad, and dipping.
Greek Lemon Dressing	Ingredients: Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, wild Greek oregano, salt. Wonderful as a glaze on fish, chicken, pork, shrimp, lobster, on rice, pasta, vegetables, salads, potatoes, sandwiches and dipping.
Greek Red Wine Vinegar Dressing	Ingredients: Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, wild Greek oregano, salt. Great on salads, vegetables, pasta salad, cabbage salad, and dipping.

We offer both Kalamata and Cracked Green Olives. These olives are all handpicked and shipped to Maine
where we cure them in our low-sodium family brine recipe with Dáfni™ Olive Oil.

Cracked Green Olives

These olives are the Amfissa variety and are grown in Delphi, Greece. They are handpicked in October and the cracking of the olives is an ancient recipe. They are made in our fresh lemon juice brine containing only 170 mg of sodium. They are crunchy, medium in size and have slightly sweet and bitter flavors. Excellent for dirty martinis, salads and green tapenades. Add them to beef or pork stew, or serve as a simple hors d’ oeuvre seasoned with lemon wedges, garlic, hot pepper flakes and fresh coriander.

Kalamata Olives

Our olives are made in a gluten-free apple cider vinegar brine and contain only 190 mg of salt. They are marvelous on pizza, in salads, omelets, Italians, or as an addition to grilled vegetables- especially zucchini and sweet peppers. They are perfect for breads and pâtés and are natural partners with a variety of tomato dishes, both cooked and fresh.

Returns and Claims: We have a no refund policy for our food products, unless authorized. If you have complaints about condition, quantity, or quality, we will do our best to correct it. If you receive authorization for a return, products must be returned within 10 business days of delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be completed prior to return of product.
